The hotel is like a kid's dream come true. We felt like rockstars running up and down the super cool grand staircase, with awesome cartoon characters all over the reception desk. Plus, they have a free shuttle that takes you to Italy's sickest theme park. The whole vibe of the hotel is all about having fun, and we were never bored. We jammed out to the entertainment shows, crushed it in the games room, and hit up so many playgrounds. It was rad!

The only thing we wished for was more options for young party-goers. Like, they have all these amazing activities for kids, which is awesome, but we were looking for some cool stuff for teens too.

The hotel was beautiful and geared to all ages but especially young children.Our suite was huge!

Great choice for trip. Spotless, new-fashioned rooms with climate control and a work desk. The pool area is excellent too. Ideal location close to great beachy areas on the lake, easy to get anywhere. Also - just off the Gardaland Park.

Truly enjoyed this family-friendly hotel: good food and professional staff. The room was themed with balcony, and we slept very well. Besides, the location was convenient for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Sea Life Aquarium.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to all the attractions and offering free parking and a free bus ride to the nearby theme park. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The room, even though it was the cheapest option, was surprisingly spacious and had enough room to comfortably accommodate three people. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and I appreciated the complementary water and the option to cool it in the empty fridge. The fact that the use of the room safe was free was a pleasant surprise. my stay here was enjoyable and comfortable.

I really liked that is was ok to be there with kids. At other hotels the guests and staff often make me feel ashamed to have children. At Gardaland, we felt perfectly welcome. I really enjoyed the stay. This is the first hotel since having kids that I really felt like I fit in, had a good stay and got to relax.

It really bugged me that the electricity key was exactly at a height that my child could easily rip it out of the wall. It also stuck straight out, as opposed to standing like some places have it. This makes the a/c reset and then we would have to reset it everytime. Also in the door area, I do not like that there is not a way to lock the door from the inside. Our small child would grab the elctricity key, then run into the hallway, even if the door was "locked". There needs to be a higher chain lock on the door. The a/c always seemed warmer than what it read. It wouldn't go lower than 20.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied at all this time, since this is my fourth stay at this Hotel. We were given two rooms with just a small window and when I complained to the receptionist(whose name was Derek) he was very arrogant and told me that that was my room and that's where I had to sleep. Besides, inside my room there was a spider web which had been there for quite a long time. I dont think I will ever go to this Hotel again.

Pleasant stay with minor inconveniences. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a great location. The pool area was well-maintained and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. I would recommend this hotel for a enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent to visit the neighbouring theme parks especially Gardaland. We walked there but appreciated the shuttlebus for the return trip at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet dinner offered a wide variety of food as did breakfast.The hotel was well laid out with lots of green spaces.

the unusual thing for us was that caps had to be worn in the swimming pool and had to be purchased at $2 E.

We liked the best thing was the pool area with a bar where we could buy drinks and little snacks. The big swimminpool, river and the mini club got ten points from our grandchild. She was the one why we chose the Gardaland Hotel Resort. As a grandparents we appreciated the quick service when immiadiately we arrived we got a room though it was much earlier than we were suposed to check in and that made us very happy. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent with a huge variety of different food. Own shuttle to the Gardaland and the Sealife make us easy to visit there because we game from Venice by train and had no car with us. When we had time to check out we had a chance to leave our luggage to the reseption and wait for leaving in the pool area, so anything could't be better. Thank you to the staff and the Hotel for the excellent service.

The only not so nice thing was that in the railway station there were no taxis so we had to come to the Hotel with Free Bus to Gardaland service and because our visit was taking place to the time when schools ended the busses were so full of young people who also came by train that we were afraid to take our grandchild in to one. Fortunately the busdriver was very kind and took our fear into consideration and made us some room in a bus that we could went in. At that time we had already missed at least 10 buses.

The hotel is well-placed for visiting the nearby theme park and boasts various facilities for children. The location is a few minutes' drive from the park, which is handy for families with young kids. The room is clean, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite decent; there are many choices, including food for those with allergies. The view from the room is serene and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Some previous patrons have stated that the staff can be quite rude and dismissive of customer concerns.

On my opinion stuff on reception is best.

Dinner in the hotel is poor.

We had a great time staying at Gardaland! The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were very helpful. We also loved that the hotel was kid-friendly and close to Gardaland park. The pool area was nice too, and the air conditioning in the rooms worked well. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
